End User License Agreement (EULA)
Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the EXOS GPS software client.
RITYM Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable perpetual license to use the purchased major version of EXOS GPS (e.g. v1.x) on activated devices. All minor version updates (v1.1, v1.2, etc.) and security patches for that major version are included at no additional cost.
Your major version license never expires for operating system versions supported at the time of release (e.g. Android 8–16, Windows 10/11). Future operating system releases (e.g. Android 17+, Windows 12+) that introduce breaking platform API or driver architecture changes may not be backported to older major app versions, and may require upgrading to a newer major app release (e.g. v2.0+).
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the binary assets of EXOS GPS without direct prior written consent from RITYM Technologies.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL RITYM TECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY.
In no event shall RITYM Technologies or its suppliers be liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the software.
