These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RiTym Technologies ("RiTym", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website (ritym.com), product portals (exosgps.com), mobile applications (including EXOS GPS Transceiver, EXOS Wayfinder, EXOS ECHO, and Exos Watchout), firmware, and related electronic products.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or purchasing any software or hardware developed by RiTym Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services or products.

2. Digital Services & In-App Purchases

Our software applications may offer free trials and optional one-time in-app purchases for Pro lifetime licenses:

• Pricing & Taxes: Prices are clearly displayed in the application prior to purchase. Applicable local taxes and payment processing fees are handled via Google Play Billing.
• Instant Delivery: In-app digital features unlock immediately upon transaction authorization.
• Refund Terms: Refunds are administered in accordance with our Refund Policy and Google Play Developer policies.

3. Permitted Use & Navigational Advisory

RiTym Technologies provides precision GNSS telemetry, sensor fusion, and NMEA bridges. Our software is designed as an auxiliary electronic navigation aid and must not be used as the sole primary life-safety system in aeronautical, maritime, or hazardous wilderness operations.

4. Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, algorithms, trademarks, PCB schematics, and UI assets are the proprietary intellectual property of RiTym Technologies. Reverse engineering or unauthorized distribution of licensed components is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RiTym Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from hardware sensor variances, environmental satellite obstruction, or user operational choices.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction regarding any dispute arising under these Terms.
