1. Digital Products & In-App Purchases (EXOS GPS Suite)

Our applications—including EXOS GPS Transceiver—operate under an extensive Free Trial model (e.g. 5 hours of full GPS broadcast functionality) enabling users to fully test all features, hardware compatibility, and NMEA bridges prior to purchasing an upgrade.

2. Google Play In-App Purchase Refund Eligibility

For purchases processed through Google Play:

• Standard 48-Hour Google Play Window: You can request an automated refund directly through your Google Play account (Order History) within 48 hours of purchase under Google Play's standard refund guidelines.
• Direct Merchant Refund Assistance: If you experience technical incompatibility or are unsatisfied beyond the 48-hour automated window, RiTym Technologies provides direct refund support. Simply email our billing desk at assist@ritym.com with your Google Play Order Number (formatted as GPA.xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx).
• Resolution Timeline: Refund requests submitted to our support desk are reviewed and processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method by Google Play.

3. Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Because our Pro licenses are sold strictly as one-time lifetime purchases, there are no ongoing monthly or annual subscription fees to cancel. Once acquired, your license remains valid indefinitely for your registered Google account and devices without recurring charges.

4. Web Store Software Keys

For standalone license keys purchased directly through our website (ritym.com), we provide a 14-day 100% money-back guarantee if the software fails to operate on your compatible hardware and technical support is unable to resolve the issue.

5. Physical Hardware & Developer Kits

Hardware developer kits, custom ESP32 GNSS modules, and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, undamaged packaging. Return shipping costs apply unless the item arrived defective.
