RITYM Technologies is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how EXOS GPS collects, uses, and safeguards information when operating on Windows Desktop, Android devices, and embedded systems.
EXOS GPS accesses location coordinates to process telemetry streams and provide mock location forwarding. All location calculations are completed locally on your physical device. We do not upload location coordinates, tracks, or GPX logs to external cloud storage servers.
Our software utilizes Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and USB COM port interfaces to communicate with GNSS receivers. Access to these channels is strictly controlled by device operating system permissions.
We implement the Google Play Integrity API to detect tampered app versions and protect licensing. This API is subject to the Google Play Services Privacy Policy. No location data is shared with Google through this integration.
By operating EXOS GPS, you agree to local processing of telemetry coordinates. You can revoke permissions or request account deletion at any time via our Account Deletion Page.
